This concert at St George’s Hanover Square sees the return of the sensational violinist and composer Yury Revich | Olario who brings two beautiful works of his own alongside some wonderful music featuring his dazzling virtuosic talents as soloist with the Firebird Orchestra. The concert concludes with the magnificent Second Symphony by Jean Sibelius. Composed at the beginning of the 20th century, he said of this work that ‘My second symphony is a confession of the soul.’

Yury Revich is a multidisciplinary and innovative Austrian avantgarde musician and artist, passionate for both classical and electronic music. He is ECHO Classic and International Music Awardwinner, making him one of the most virtuous violinists of his generation. In 2021, he was listed in the TOP 100 US Billboard Classic Ranking, parts of his CD Chevallier de Saint Georges can be heard on soundtracks of Bridgerton/Netflix series, and he is performed during Cannes Film Festivals and Art Basel. Renowned orchestras such as the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, the Berlin and Munich Symphony Orchestras, the RSO Vienna, La Verdi Milano, Deutsche Staatsphilharmonie Reinlandpfalz, Tonkünstlerorchester NÖ, Kammerphilharmonie Potsdam, etc. or most recently the National Symphonic Orchestra of Chile invited him as a soloist.
