In 8 years Soundings, the ACF London’s platform for contemporary music, has featured many of Austria & the UK’s leading young composers, including Johanna Doderer, Reinhard Fuchs, Olga Neuwirth, Johannes Maria Staud, Joanna Wozny from Austria and Ed Bennett, Joe Cutler, David Fennessy, Robert Fokkens, Emily Howard, Claudia Molitor and Ian Vine from the UK. With multiple premières, collaborations and broadcasts on BBC Radio 3 and profiles on Austrian ORF television, Soundings has established itself as a key event in the music calendar of the UK, and has already travelled in concert to Vienna, Venice, Bayreuth, and Oslip Mühle (Austria). This exciting retrospective concert will feature a selection of works from the entire series. The internationally acclaimed performers are the Fidelio Trio, Adam Clifford, (percussion)Tom Lessels,(clarinet) Loré Lixenberg, (mezzo -soprano) Patricia Rozario, (soprano), Rowland Sutherland (flute) & Nick Chalmers (conductor).
