Franz Schubert and the poems of Johann Mayrhofer
The Royal Academy of Music’s Song Circle returns to the ACF London with a programme of Schubert Lieder with texts by his close friend, the Austrian poet Johann Baptist Mayrhofer. The concert will be introduced by Richard Stokes, Visiting Professor of Lieder at the Royal Academy of Music.
