Austrian musicians Richard Eigner and Gustav Scholda, known from projects such as Ritornell, have been invited to perform at the Kyma International Sound Symposium in Leicester. Their new project, called ‘Percussion Discussion’, blurs the line between acoustic and electronic sound, and depending on the context they present their compositions in different guises. Their live performance promises a multitude of rhythms, textures and structures.
