The experimental music and book fair IKLECTIKA returns to London this summer. Over the course of 2 days the fair welcomes 30+ publishers, writers, musicians, record labels and artists to host stalls alongside a curated programme of live music, panel discussions, DJs and workshops. We are excited to announce that Austrian journalist and musician Robert Rotifer will be joining the panel 'Emerging Airwaves: Exploring the Digital Proliferation of Online Radio' taking place on 9 July.
Confirmed stall holders among others are Touch, CHINABOT, The Wire, nonclassical, Alien Jams, Hidden Sounds, Urbanomic, The Word Bookshop and ALM/Busy Circuits. Live A/V and DJ acts include patten, FRKTL, Psyché Tropes, Measure Maniacs and more.
The first 2 panel discussions, moderated by Emma Warren, explores disappearing spaces within 21st century London. Sunday’s discussion, moderated by Jennifer Lucy Allan, looks at the invaluable role grassroots digital radio stations have played in the same time frame. Both discussions will feature practitioners, academics and journalists at the forefront of their field.
