We're thrilled to announce that the Austrian writer Anna Kim will participate in this year's European Literature Night, organised by the British Library.
The annual literary showcase brings the best of the continent’s writers and contemporary European literature to the UK and presents a great opportunity to discover new voices in translation.
Writing the World will explore civilisations, boundaries, and the drivers behind cultural exchange and is part of EUNIC London's European Writers project.
The French novelist Laurent Binet and the German writer Jenny Erpenbeck will also be joining the panel. The conversation will be chaired by journalist and broadcaster Alex Clark.
Anna Kim is one of the selected writers to feature in the renowned Austrian literature programme “schreibART”. Her latest novel The Great Homecoming was translated by Jamie Lee Searle and is out now.
