The Austrian band DIVES got invited to perform at the international multi-venue showcase festival FOCUS Wales 2023. The festival takes place in Wrexham each year and places the music industry spotlight firmly on the emerging talent that Wales has to offer the world, alongside a selection of the best new acts from across the globe.

DIVES is a band from Vienna, consisting of Dora de Goederen, Tamara Leichtfried and Viktoria Kirner. The three got to know each other in 2015, partly without any instrumental knowledge, at a music week for women, inter- and transpersons, the so-called Pink Noise Camp. From 2016 on, Dora, Tamara and Viktoria were regularly in the rehearsal room together as DIVES. Since the band was founded in 2016, DIVES have played around 150 concerts in 12 different countries and released an EP (“DIVES” 2017), a debut album (“Teenage Years Are Over” 2019) and their second album (“Wanna Take You There” 2022) via Siluh records.
