Austrian violinist David Frühwirth will perform a programme of romantic violin works by Claude Debussy, Havergal Brian, Johannes Brahms, Manuel de Falla and César Franck.
David Frühwirth studied in Salzburg, Germany, and New York and is on his way to establishing a firm place in the international music scene. He has performed at numerous international venues and festivals and his debut CD received the ‘Editors Choice’ award in Gramophone Magazine and Fono Forum.
Milana Chernyavska has held the title ‘Outstanding Artist in the Ukraine’ since 2004. She performs widely throughout the world, performing with many of today’s leading soloists. Her EMI recording in 2001 was selected as one of the best CDs of the year by BBC Music Magazine.
