Britten on the Couch – A Music Drama devised by Piers Burton-Page

  • 30 Oct 2013 — 6 Nov 2013

The centenary of England's greatest composer since Elgar is the pretext for this gently irreverent celebration.

A sequence of Britten songs interspersed with an imaginary dialogue between Benjamin Britten and Sigmund Freud about Britten’s childhood, his fears and phobias, as well as his friends and enemies

Kerri-Lynne Dietz - mezzo-soprano
William Morgan - tenor
James Sherlock - piano
Piers Burton-Page as Benjamin Britten,
Gerald Davidson as Sigmund Freud.
