The Österreich Tag aims to provide information about Austrian life, customs and language to German language teachers and others interested in Austrian culture.
The workshops, held by Dr Walter Thalhammer (University of Vienna), will focus on the use of photographs and well-known Austrian artworks in teaching German as a foreign language.

The event is co-organised by the Association for Language Learning (ALL), the Bundesministerium für Bildung, Wissenschaft and Forschung and the ACF London.

The participation fee of £10 will include a traditional Austrian lunch (vegetarians/vegans will be catered for).
