In two workshops participants will get an introduction into how culinary art is presented in Austrian literature and how reginonal dishes and products influence Austria's culinary tradition.
The event is co-organised by the Association for Language Learning (ALL), the Bundesministerium für Bildung, Wissenschaft and Forschung and the ACF London.
The participation fee of £10 will include a traditional Austrian lunch (vegeterians/vegans will be catered for).
