Blue Chrysalis Productions presents "Look At Me", a new theatre piece starring Rebecca Bidwell, Catarina Grangeon and Austrian actress Christina Leitner. The show centres around the glaring narrative of how many women feel suffocated in a world full of unrealistic expectations about their bodies, forcing them to consider making drastic choices.

Shhh! Who? Me? Yes, you.
Shhh! But who am I? You tell me. I don’t know who I am.
Shhh! I don’t know anything about myself anymore.

This new piece of theatre was created in affiliation with the Body Dysmorphic Disorder Foundation (BDDF). The artists have used information and resources from the BDDF to tell this story with integrity and authenticity with the aim of helping people who are affected feel seen and represented. They are dedicating the piece to anyone who has not only struggled with their own body image but have suffered with any form of body dysmorphic disorder.
