In 1956, the Austrian Cultural Forum London first opened its doors. Seven decades later, we are celebrating not only the history of an institution, but above all the artists, partnerships and friendships who connect Austria and the United Kingdom.

This is why, especially in this anniversary year, “ACF” stands not only for the Austrian Cultural Forum, but also for “A Celebration of Friends.”

We are delighted to share this anniversary year with the Austrian-UK Nick Baker Architects who celebrate 20 years with this retrospective exhibition. Their first major commission was the large-scale refurbishment of the ACF in 2006/2007.

On the occasion of our 70th anniversary, we invite Nick Baker Architects to celebrate their 20th anniversary as our “Architectural Friends”.
