The annual Aesthetica Short Film Festival in York will showcase a variety of Austrian short films this year. The comedy Excuse Me, I'm Looking for the Ping-pong Room and My Girlfriend, directed by Bernhard Wenger; documentaries 1637°C directed by Mareike Mueller and TNT Boxerstory by Mark Gerstorfer; experimental films like Atomkraftwerk Zwentendorf, directed by Hope Tucker; the thriller Fucking Drama, directed by Michael Podogil and, in the Artists’ Film category, Imperial Valley (Cultivated Run-off), directed by Lukas Marxt.
